THE ROLE: Senior Account Manager, Digital Sales Account Executive (DSAE) – Central US

Location : IL, WI, IA, MN, OH, SD, ND states

Must be in the north central US - preferably Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan

Position type : Fulltime (Remote)

Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Manager, Digital Sales Account Executive, you will develop and build digital business solutions sales strategies, sales initiatives, and identify sales enablement to effectively and efficiently guide the existing Presidio field sales organization in its identification and pursuit of digital business solutions which include cloud migration, application development, data & analytics, and DevOps consulting services. This role will create a growth engine for revenue generation in these areas additionally acting as a quarterback for complex consulting services sales across the region driving these sales pursuits to a successful close and outcome for our clients.

Working closely with our strategic business partners is critical to our success, and therefore building, growing, and leveraging our relationships with field partners and corporate teams is important and is an area of focus within the role.

As a DSAE you will be focused on both partner stakeholders and internal Presidio sales leadership and account management stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing, executing, and navigating all digital business solutions sales program areas with our partners and integrating them with our local teams to maximize success with new and existing Presidio clients.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires up to 20% travel

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy plans and strategies to grow pipeline opportunities for digital business solutions, including cloud migration, application development, data & analytics, and DevOps consulting services.

Develop and deploy plans and strategies to grow a center of excellence in all sales leaders and AMs.

Deeply engage with Presidio sales and account management teams to support the achievement of sales targets and new client acquisition targets.

Coordinate with Presidio sales Account Managers to meet defined digital business solutions performance, engagement, and revenue growth objectives.

Collaborate with Presidio Account Managers to drive consistency in brand, metrics, and Go-To-Market messaging for digital business solutions.

Serve as the primary regional liaison between Presidio and the Partner Sales and Sales organizations (Enterprise, Mid-market, Named, Territory, and State & Local teams).

Identify and collaborate on conference and event strategies, demand generation, networking events, and executive meetings surrounding the regional digital business solutions relationships.

Manage performance standards via scorecards and data gathering required to evaluate and manage the performance of the partnerships.

Identify opportunities to leverage partner funding and work with local market leaders to apply funds to existing client opportunities. Leverage the most recent and recurring programs that partners offer.

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner and Presidio regional needs on an ongoing basis and work to manage channel conflict.

Required Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate Presidio value proposition to our partners and clients.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors' degree or related work or military experience.

7+ years of experience in sales.

3+ years of experience working within a digital business solutions environment, including cloud migration, application development, data & analytics, and DevOps consulting services.

Salary: $170,000.00 per year
