Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing learning activities and creating a positive customer experience for Miller's channel partners, independent service centers, and end-use customers.

Make Learning a Breeze:

  • Use our Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule and manage learning activities, making it easy for participants to register and access courses.
  • Keep organized records of student progress, class rosters, and any changes to the schedule.
  • Help new students get started by entering their information into our databases and providing them with a warm welcome.

Smooth Training Logistics:

  • Take care of the logistics for training sessions, both online and in-person, by ordering materials and coordinating essential services like meals, accommodations, and supplies.
  • Work with local hotel vendors to secure the best room reservations and transportation options for our training’s.
  • Make sure everyone has what they need by managing the distribution of catering, workbooks, and personal protective equipment.

Clear Communication:

  • Share timely enrollment reports with our teams to ensure we have the right number of participants for each class.
  • Provide trainers and sales teams with essential reports on student progress, certifications, and training completion.
  • Keep everyone informed by preparing and sending out training certifications, registration notifications, and other important updates.
  • Keep an eye on our communication logs, identifying any trends or issues to help us improve our processes.

Reliable Administrative Support:

  • Keep our training records in order by managing training rooms, ensuring participants receive all necessary information, and handling billing details.
  • Help us keep track of equipment by maintaining disposition records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new office hires, including managing schedules, communications, and records.
  • Team up with our LMS coordinator to test and demo exciting improvements to our system.

Financial Know-How:

  • Assist in maintaining budgets, invoices, and billing records, using basic accounting principles to keep everything organized.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Work both independently and as part of our team to deliver successful training and make improvements to our systems.
  • Share your insights and learnings with the training team and management, keeping them up to date with your progress.
  • Support our company's vision and strategy, contributing to our overall success.

  • Requiring at least an Associates degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • You have experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • You are a great communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail is one of your strengths.
  • You are familiar with basic office management procedures and have a grasp of accounting principles.
  • You have experience with tracking data and presenting it in clear reports.
  • You enjoy finding ways to simplify processes and make them more efficient.
  • You take pride in completing tasks and accomplishments and are eager to share them with your supervisor.
