Job Description

Greater Regional's Med Surg and OB department has an opportunity for a full time office assistant. This role will assist physicians and Med-Surg/OB directors and staff with daily tasks, direct visitors, alert staff of patient needs, assist with scheduling, maintain inventory of office supplies, and willingly participate in other duties as assigned. It is crucial the successful candidate works well with all departments in a professional and efficient manner, handling all requested information with courtesy, accuracy, and respect for patient confidentiality.   • Must be willing to obtain and maintain notary licensure
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Prior EPIC EMC usage preferred but not required
